リオ五輪の代表選考会であったため、田中さん、小原さんばかりがクローズアップされていますが、その後にゴールした数人については来年のマラソンに期待です。

無駄な力を入れない走りの極端なフォームに見えました。
ラストスパートがテレビでは観れませんでしたが、ラストスパートで腕を振っているようであれば大化けするように感じました。

１０代記録云々と騒がれていますが３度目のマラソンです。
着実にタイムを上げています。
一発屋じゃない証拠なので来年あたりから前田さんと切磋琢磨して２０分切りをしてもらいたい。

YAMADA電器陸上部のファンで竹地さんファンとしては２５分台を出してくれてうれしい。
後半失速はいつものことですが、２５分台を出したということは失速してもかなり粘ったということでしょうね。
かわいいのでこれからも応援しています。
それ以外ですと、ハーフが強いランナーが多く出場していたように思えます。
ハーフの強さはマラソンの強さに直結していると思うので来年のマラソンでは期待しています。
理想は前半より後半のタイムが速いこと。
ラストスパートをラスト５キロのあたりからできる人が強い（調子がよければ）。
３５キロまでがジョギング、残りを１万メートルの８～９割くらいの力で走れるといいですね。
