Two strengths
to mind. I believe that the two strengths I possess are my faith in
God and knowing my weaknesses. These may not sound like strengths
though I realized that knowing one-self weaknesses would be oneﾕs
strength. For example, through knowing my weakness, I was able to
help and give advice to my many friends who were in a predicament.
My goal for myself this year is that I will never give up on
anything, especially academic things because it is my challenge of
making my new way toward the future. Therefore, I want to be able to
say to my parents that I did my best and worked really hard because
they spent their money for my education. When I look back on these
days, I will remember I felt that I was always confused about
everything at school when I came to Hawaii about two years ago.
Everyone seemed to understand what the teacher was talking about,
but I did not at all. I thought that I would not be able to stay at
school for even a year at that time. However, I have never given up
when I was in difficult situation. Even now, two years have passed;
my goal has not changed at all.
I expect that this class will be the hardest time in my life;
otherwise, it will be the best part of my experience in school life
because I know that hardest thing is often the most valuable and
unforgettable time. I will be able to say that taking this class and
staying here were great experiences that are indescribable.
