If there is fabrication in research papers actually, the researcher and their group and institute are held responsibility, as a matter of course -this is a rule and social responsibility.

I suppose -or suspect groundlessly -or accuse that there are media press and readers, including online, who cannot distinguish this scientific incident from scandals of idols .
