This song of Earth, Wind & Fire
starts with the narration that the biggest unanswered question is where the money is
-But it's not about this song.
I took the official business skill test in bookkeeping in this February.
I made up my mind last year-end and began to study.
I browsed textbooks of bookkeeping at a bookstore, and decided that it's better to take step by step,
So this time, I took the third grade -In other words, private-managed store level -and I managed to pass.
First of all, I pound into myself with charts of balance sheet and profit-and-loss sheet.
-in other words, company level , carrying this momentum.
Now the main story:

For employees, "salary" or "wedge" is money to receive, but for employers, this is money to pay for employees' work force, and it's counted as costs.
For proprietors and companies, the less cost, the better.
The more costs, the less tax, though.
Then, with this theory, little wonder that some companies lump work force together as costs, and try to reduce as much as possible
-Which can read to exploitation.
I know, I know... companies and firms exist to produce profits, and this is capitalism.
But "people" are not "materials".
Under the current society, especially in our country, I feel like suspecting that political and financial force think of people as component parts
-So panjandrums try whole bag of tricks to have women reproduce new components,
Educators are obsessively-devoted to try to bring up components up to grade, and eliminate as defects if they are not up to standards,
And some capitals and employers consider of importing components from overseas if they cannot find in domestics ...
People must work their roles to consist society.
If employers and government think of people and workers as components, that's a thought
-Then, in that case, they have duty of maintenance so that system called company, society, even country, keep working properly, don't they?
If they think that they can discard and exchange when components get out of order,
Such employers and panjandrums will end up in ruining society and menacing themselves after all.
