0. What I forgot to place on previous weblog

I'd like to remind smokers puffing on street:
Recently, I often see street smokers with portable ashtrays, but such things or being no sign of "no smoking" is not indulgences that you can smoke in your sweet way everywhere.
" Smoke-free " seems to look like a confusing idiom to Japanese studying English.
I'm not mentioning about foreign language study; it's a shame to be unable to distinguish "smoke-free" and "smoke freely" even in native language .
1. I'm also the one to be very skeptical about the new institution to have workers leave work at three o'clock -two or three hours earlier than on time
It goes without saying that final Friday in this March is the end of the month, and besides, end of March is accounting deadline of many companies in our country .
Is it too premature to expect setback?
All who can enjoy this early leaving institution is only workers of large companies and public service employees who support current panjandrums in good hands, aren't they?
This early-leaving institution doesn't benefit workers of service industries used by workers who enjoy this new early-leaving institution; on the contrary, the burden is even heavier.
If they really want to stir up consumption of general public immediately , more certain way is to abolish consumption tax .
In the long run, we need to change the whole society system so that people can live as people .
While general public are exploited with time and energy by labor to make a living and few extra time and money left for "consumption panjandrums counting on general public", what do they expect?
