76 years old woman drunk the medicine with the wrapping this morning. I examined it first by x-ray.
It was difficult to recognize, but it was suspected in esophagus by lateral photo.
I inserted the gastro endoscope and I found it at the middle esophagus.
I tried to wrap by basket first, but I couldn't wrap it because it was too large and flat.
I tried another method and finally I could catch it and pulled out from mouth.
This picture is the original. The patient was delighted and I and staff were also very happy.
