The first cut is the deepest

These are my tin snips. A wonderful tool. I can’t exactly remember where they came from but you can be assured that I didn’t buy them new and they would have cost me either fifty pence or a pound.

My Mac Mini makes an odd noise from time to time, kind of like a spring landing on a glass table. It sounds like something has arrived but I can’t see what. No mail, no message, no Skype. I wonder what it is?
