I bought a box of Pillsbur○ Blueberry Muffin Mix about a week ago. When I was in the process of making the muffin’s, a couple of days ago, I found a large number of bugs within the package. My husband proceeded to call your customer service department to explain what had happened. The woman that he spoke with did not seem very much concerned for what had happened. She took some information about the size and type of insects I had seen. After the information was given, the operator closed the conversation with “We will send you a coupon to purchase a new box” My husband asked the operator “Would you like me to send the box in for inspection?” The operator responded “No, you can throw it away” I was so disappointed, how can a large company like yours seem so unconcerned for the product that is put out? I really enjoy Pillsbury products, but I have a growing concern for what I will receive. I would like to find out how the insects ended up in the package. I would have felt better about the experience if more attention had been paid. I still have the box. I have taken pictures and video of the package. I have enclosed a picture for you to see.
