Traveling

We went there at the end of August and I think it is the best season to visit. Hokkaido has summer but the end of August is not very hot and not humid. Now we live in Taiwan and summer here is very hot and humid and often has typhoons. That is why I chose Hokkaido to visit for our vacation.
We had many good experiences in Hokkaido and I want to note the hotel where we stayed. The hotel is 15 minutes by car from the airport so it is conveniently located. The hotel has many fabulous facilities for example a tennis court, an indoor swimming pool, and of course, good restaurants.
Although that was all, the hotel was nice but a very normal one. However, the hotel has one very unique feature, it has a big artificial lake in the forest and we could stay in a cottage. The cottages are made of logs from Finland. It is very peaceful and quiet. One could be very relaxed and forget about every trouble in daily life.
