Karesansui.
We shall look at the excellent Japanese culture which respects nature and cooperates with nature rather than competing with it. Actually I went to Ryoanzi and really enjoyed Karesansui which is made of small stone and rock.
The reason why I enjoyed is that we regard the garden as a different thing according to our mental conditions. For instance, we regard it as ‘the vast sky and crowd’ or as ‘the Ireland and Sea’ or as two tigers which are parent and child and running through the river. People in the temple try to avoid artificial maintenance as much as possible. We might enjoy and consider our problems we have for two or three hours there because of its comfort.
