Today's maketing class and career planing were
very fun for me coz the contents were discusion.
I like talking and sharing my experience with others
coz of kansai person, that i enjoyed verymuch.
at the career plannig class, I got a question like
" what is the difference between being a leader and
being a maneger. when pual asked me, i couldnot
answer clearly however i caught some image to the diferences. Think about it....
I though that a leader has to be karisumatic and
Maneger has to be.....well-oganized person to
make the follower feel confortable and the follower
can focus on their works...
it is not good enough to answer the question though...
I have to think deeply coz my personarity is
near by maneger rather than a leader...
i heard Japanese guys all have maneger type charctristic coz ofculture.
they have strong responsiblilty to complete
the work done and like loyalty to the boss or something
like that.. also don wanna be a leader that i wanna
sit my desk and think about strategy make me more fun
ya,It's not big deal to make speach but,
im not kind of person... I have posibility todo
anything i want but, i have a right to choose...
Anyway, what doyou think that
" what is the difference between maneger and leader?"
