Philosophy update
Educating young children is the most rewarding career.
It is such a fortunet thing that I can be a part of
children's life as a educator.
What I focus on the most when I educate young children
is to think about agenda of children's action before I
interact with them.
Education is not "One way street".
Education is not about just giving directions or disciplining.
We as a ECE educators role is to help children's develpment
of social, emotional, cognetiv skills.
And it is also very important role to help establishing
their self-esteem, teach them how to love themselves.
