I'm typing this on the assumption that Tokyo Olympic is held as planned.
First of all, I'd like to take this occasion to place respect for all the athletes who took part in Rio de Janeiro Olympic and Paralympic .
Next, it's Tokyo's turn .
However, unfortunately, there is no talking back if you criticize that our country has already forgotten the original intention and what to have declared.
After the latest Olympic game, while central panjandrums, including government-controlled press, are going all out to try to give a boost to mood for Tokyo Olympic,
The stirred mood and cost for Olympic, and degree of enthusiasm for Olympic among general public are in inverse proportion
-Is it too simplistic to say so?
General public might not lose interest in Olympic in all senses, though.
While they appeal compact Olympic, the total cost keep on expanding.
May I ask whether you regard three trillion yen as compact?
They have no right to talk back if they are criticized that they didn't learn anything from new national stadium problems
I feel like questioning them what they mean by compact
-Especially to organization committee chairman Mori , who plays the victim while benefitting the entourage companies.
Well... to express plainly, they've already lost decent sense of the value of money;
This is shown by an incident that while they lost more than five trillion and two hundred thirty-four billion yen with managing accumulated insurance premiums during April to June in this year, no one takes responsibility
-This amount of money is equal to about 1,246,238 years of a salaried worker's average annual income in our country -this is another story for today, though.
It's NEVER up to me, but I even feel that not so many people might blame if our country gave up Olympic before it's too late
-Although Olympic committee and Chairman and government-controlled TV station might be dejected.
What could we do for survivors in stricken area of 3.11 earthquake and Kumamoto and Ooita with trillion yen?
At the same time , I have a reason -or an excuse in support of Tokyo Olympic:
Our country won Olympic invitation with ideology to proceed reconstruction and Olympic together.
Now world is watching whether our country would be true to the word , so our country is urged to proceed reconstruction as promised.
So "continuation is fine, resignation is also fine".
In short, as is often said, everything exists for good -I'd like to think so.

Once I saw a publicity poster of a sponsor company of Tokyo Olympic in subway saying that countries where people cheer for Paralympic games enthusiastically are countries full of challenging spirit .
Actually, interest in Paralympic is rising among general public .
On the other hand, at the latest Paralympic, while there are opinions among general public that they want to watch Paralympic instead of rubbish TV shows, no commercial station broadcasted Paralympic
Then, does such discriminatory treatment mean that this country lacks in challenging spirit?
When Boss and I were chatting about Olympic at the office, I brought up this question, then the Boss said:
In case a sponsor company withdraws due to reasons like business slump, if this company was sponsoring Paralympic sports, there is a higher risk than Olympic sports that this sponsor company is accused by public.
So compared with Olympic sports, less companies take a risk to have an active role in sponsoring Paralympic sports.
How about in other country?

正におっしゃるとおり―ですが、
現状を見ていると、東日本大震災の被災地はもちろん、アスリートさえ蚊帳の外、という印象は拭えません。
欧米のテレビ放映の都合という理由で、猛暑だけでなく台風も心配される時期に開催されますし。（2016.8．15参照） (2016.10.25 21:35:44)
