BOILED SHRIMP ROLLED CAKE

For :8people

Ingredientes:

1.Shrimp 1 kilogramme
2.Pork side 0.5killogramme
3.Rice cake 40 cakes
4.Strong alchol 1 teaspoonful
5.Rice vermicelli 0.5 kilogramme
6.Peanuts,soya-beanssweetenedporridge,suger,vineger
7.Aromatic vegetables,young sprouts of green been,red pepper,garlic,sweet leek.

Preparation:

1.Boil the mixture of half a bowl-ful of vinegar,one third of bowl-full of water,a teaspoonfull of strong alchol,two teaspoonful of salt ans cleaned shrimps.Then leave them cool,take off the cover.

2.Clean pork side,boil it and then cut in to thin slices.Fry peanuts,peel them and then grind them.

3.Filter the soy-sauce.Well knead the soya-beans,next mix it with sweetenef porridge,then pour soya-sauce in.knead 5 cells garlis in some vineger and some suger.Mix them all.Cut red pepper in tiny pieces sa spice if needed.

4.Cut the rice cake border.Wet it with water.Spreat it,then put on aromatic vegetables,some rice vermicelli,some pieces of boiled pork side and shrimp.Do not forget to pyt in half of sweet leek leaves.Then roll tight.

5.Boiled shrimp rolled cake can be eaten with the mixture of sweetened porridge and well ground fried peanuts and,if needed some red pepper.
