It is quite frustrating where I cannot even read or write properly, or even view Japanese Web pages... but I will persevere!
Today, I woke up after having a wonderful night with 8 hours of sleep. I have a mild cold with sore throat, runny nose, and perhaps a low fever, but nothing an over-the-counter medication cannot handle.
I went to the Altenheim Resource & Referral Center in Wheeling. It was a wonderful facility with vaulted ceiling, modern wood construction. Because of the vaulted ceiling, I must say the accoustics were wonderful and my overused voice could be heard very clearly.
After the seminar, Jim and I just bought a cheeseburger from McDonalds and drove straight to Charleston. I've already checked into my hotel for the night, and I am just going to enjoy some quiet time. I may even take a hot relaxing bath and take a long nap.
Tomorrow, I will do my third and last seminar in downtown Charleston. Most of the attendees are State employees as well as a few African American Church members who have offered to help with enrollment assistance. It should be a great session.
I cannot wait to go home and be able to read and write in Japanese again!
>風邪ひどくならないといいですねー。Too bad you cannot read Japanese until you get home.
