For ladies,
if you can see a red mark on your foot,hand and body,
you have to go to the hospital soon.

★黒いほくろ

＞足の裏や、全身に黒いぼやけたほくろが見られる時は、癌の可能性が、有ります。皮膚：メラノーマです、特に大きくなってくる時は、死に至ります、、

you have to visit the Hospital.

★舌がまだら、 －＞ビタミンB、Cの不足です。
舌がつるつるしているときはー＞鉄欠乏性貧血症です。
舌に、硬い膨らみ、口臭が臭い、味がわからなくなる時は、舌癌です。
＞If you see your tongue having patches,

★乳癌:Breast cancer,
＞ブラジャーの裏に、赤黒色のしみ、
＞胸に赤色のしみ、触ると痛い（針で刺すような痛み）、
＞乳房の大きさが左右で、極端に異なってきた。
＞乳房に、くぼみができて、押すと痛い
＞乳頭が凹んでいたり、横や、下を向き始めた

If you see that your bra is getting blackly red point,
If you see the red mark on the chest,and you have a pain on it with touching.
If your breast is not same large style
If you have a hole on the head of your breast
 or an abnormal style head of your breast.

★手の指の関節が、赤くなり腫れている人は、皮膚筋炎です、
歩行困難になる恐れがあります。

＞手のひらで、小指、親指の下が赤い人は、慢性肝炎の疑いがあります、肝硬変に替わります、

＞指先の爪が白く広がってくる人は、糖尿病に疑いがあります。

>If you see your red on each of your branch in  your finger,
you have to visit the Hospital.

>If you can see the red under the little finger or thumb ,
you must have the cirrhosis suspected of chronic hepatitis.

＞If you can see your finger tips being wide with white color.
you are suspect diabetes

★尿の色が、無色の人は、糖尿病です、また、 白濁色 の人は、膀胱炎のサインです。
特に、橙色や、ピンク色の人は、膀胱癌です。

If you can see the color of urine,when it's the colorlessness or the cloudy color,
it's a suspect diabetes or signature of cystitis .

In particular, orange or a pink color suggests bladder cancer.
