ZUCCHINI CASSEROLE

ジャンボ・ズッキー二!!!

I use a big one!!


4 cups. grated zucchini
½ cup. oil
3 beaten eggs
1 tsp salt
1 cup. grated cheese
¾ cup. Bisquick
1 med onion chopped


Let zucchini stand in 1 tsp salt for 45 mins.
Drain. Add and mix together
1 onion chopped, 1 c. grated cheese, ½ c. oil, 3 beaten eggs and ¾ c. Bisquick.
Bake in 9” square pan for 45 mins. till golden brown at 350F.

Notes Makes a great double recipe for potlucks, and uses lots of zucchini.
Recommend Sharp Cheddar for better flavor.
