菊間アナ が退社しました。
あんまり関係なく思い出したのが、楽天市場・成田ゆめ牧場の前店長の 聞間(ききま)さん です。
今の店長、佐藤店長は情熱的な店長ですが、聞間店長は 天然ボケ と 商品の魅力的を引出す 店長でした。
聞間店長のメルマガは随所に天然ボケが爆発していて、読んでいて思わず笑ってしまう。
しかも、商品がすごい魅力的に思えてきて、
『買わないといけない。』 そう思ってしまう。
ある意味、非常に文才のある店長でした。そのすごさは 3年連続ベスト店長賞を取った ことでも判ると思います。
もし、エッセイを書いていたら絶対ベストセラーになっていたでしょう。
本当に、惜しい人が店長を辞めてしまいました。
