To whom it may concern,
Hello. My name is Mizzy and I am planning to join the CranioSacral therapy training. I have back ground of bodywork but I am not health care practitioner such as physicians or nurse. Would I still be able to take trainings and practice in Japan once I was certified?
If these two conditions meets, I would like to register to a training course which will be held this summer.
Dear Mizzy, Our courses are taught as continuing education. They do not grant any type of certification or licensure to be a professional therapist. You will need to find out what the laws are in Japan regarding who can do therapy professionally.

Thank you so much for your prompt reply.
Yes,I understand it is a continuing education. And this is a part of the reasons that I want to take this training course. I am not interested in an instant certification. I really want to learn the traditional CST.
As of law, there is no laws to ban us ( non-health care practitioner) to do cranio work in Japan. As a matter of fact, a lot of people who had done their trainings in different school are practicing. It is more like a regulation stated by Japanese CranioSacral association. Isn't this regulation made by the head office of Upledger school?
It would be a pity if practice of Upledger CST is regulated only to health care practitioner when Japan is heading toward to the big wave of body revolution. People are becoming more health and body conscious.
I would appreciate if you could suggest me what is the best way to do if this is a case that I am facing.
