神代植物園
に行ってきました。10日ほど前の新聞に薔薇が満開の記事が載っていたので一度見ておかないと、と思い立ったわけです(単純)。
でも、盛りはちょっと過ぎてしまっていて新聞の写真の様な景色とは違っていました。まぁそれでもまだまだたくさん咲いていたので十分楽しめましたが。
Run For The Roses・・・誰の曲だか知っていますか？Dan Fogelbergです。先日 YANさんのところ でLongerの話題が出ていて、 imagine-peaceさん に『日本盤買うべし』とアドバイスされたのに同じくらいの値段で買える、曲数の多い輸入盤買ってしまいました（貧乏性）。とりあえずブックレット付き、歌詞付きなので辞書片手に意味調べながら聞くとします。
さて、薔薇の話題が出たので今日のおすすめはあの曲にしますね、お楽しみに。

君は薔薇より美しい～♪

TBのみならず宣伝までしていただき、どうも有難うございます。
青空に向かって真直ぐ咲く白薔薇…綺麗ですね～♪
個人的にはどす黒い真紅の薔薇が好きなのですが、白い薔薇も清楚ながら凛としていて、いいですねぇ。
Dan Fogelbergは…すみません、「急げ！」と言っておきながらちっとも急いでませんm(_ _)m

日本盤の方が絶対にいいのに・・・歌詞が分からなくてもどうでもいいロッカーとは違うのにな～。僕でも対訳が欲しいくらいだから日本盤すすめたのにな～（涙）
