Thanks alot for your advice. I think I'll keep on excercising more often and watch out for what I eat at the same time also. I feel very good about my body feeling very light. It makes me more energetic. (2005.03.31 12:33:53)
After we moved to Tsukuba, ny body feels very light. It's true that after we moved to Tsukuba, I go everywhere on my bike and I have started playing sports such as tabletennis and tennis once every week. Since my body feels so light, I decided to see how much I weigh. As I slowly got on the scale, to my surprise I only lost 2kg! My body feels lighter than 2 kg! It was a shock! Am I getting some muscle on my body?! Anyways since I feel good about losing my weight, I decided to go on a diet.I will lose 2-3kg. We'll see how long that will take but I'll try my best!
Personally, I don't think you should go on a diet. If you are losing weight from exercise then that is much better for your health.
You're right. The reason you feel much lighter but have only lost 2kg is because you,ve shaped up and muscle is quite heavy.
If you continue to exercise you'll continue to lose weight, more slowly than with a diet, but it's much healthier!!
Sometimes, when I haven't been to the gym for a long time, my weight actually increases for the first 2 weeks because I am increasing my muscles!!! After that, though, my weight starts to go down again!
