The other day, I went to a massage. The chiropractor said, "You have a stiff shoulder and stiff waist." The main reason is I have a bad posture. Because I'm relatively tall, I slant my back forward and I have a bad posture. Having bad posture causes bad eyesights. Then my chiropractor gave me an advice. "You should chew some gums. Chewing gums pulls the neck muscles up and it softens your shoulders." Ever since I heard this, simple minded me! I started chewing gums everyday. I don't know how much effect it has yet. I'm planning to ask my chiropractor if my shoulders have soften a bit, next time I go to a massage.
