----- When I booked a Shinkansen ticket from Nagoya to Tokyo with Ekinet, I was not able to receive it at Nagoya station because it was not JR East's station. Certainly there was a note, but is it wrong not to get a ticket at the taking on station?
After arriving at Tokyo station, I went to the Midorinomadoguchi waiting for about 20 minutes where there are more than 10 people. A staff told me to retrieve my ticket at the ticket gate of the Shinkansen I came out and bring it to this window. While thinking that it was awful, I went there and asked a staff at the ticket gate to retrieve my ticket referring the credit card slip from a box in the ticket gate. The staff of JR East came along the way, and the designated ticket was found safely. I issued the ticket and the designated ticket which I did not receive at the ticket vending machine of JR East, I got two tickets at the window of JR Tokai, and I was able to refund it safely. It cost me refund fee of 550 yen and one hour. When I searched, there were a series of people who could not receive tickets at Nagoya Station and Shin-Osaka Station.
