先日の米国の調査ではポルシェにトップを譲り2位でしたが、今回英国の調査では定位置に戻ったようです。
モデル別ランキングでもレクサスISが1位で、ホンダのジャズ(日本名フィット)が2位に入り、以下日本車が上位を占めています。
米国の調査は品質面に重点を置いたものでしたが、今回の英国の調査は、品質と信頼性、アフターサービス、車の魅力(性能、デザイン、快適性)、維持費の４つのファクターに関する77の項目を評価してもらったものなので、より消費者の正当な評価が反映されていると思われます。
日本のメーカーには、この結果に満足することなく、より精進して頂きたいものです。

JDパワーアジア・パシフィックが19日発表した英国の2006年版顧客満足度調査によると、ブランド別ではトヨタ自動車の「レクサス」が6年連続でトップとなった。2位はホンダ、4位にトヨタ、さらに8位にスバルと日本車が上位を占めた。
また、車種別のランキングでは英国製のホンダ『シビック』やトヨタの『アベンシス』『カローラ』などがベスト10入りし、現地生産車の高い評価が目立った。
調査は英自動車雑誌の『What Car?』と合同で実施。品質と信頼性、アフターサービスなどについて新車購入から2年程度を経過したユーザー約1万5000人から回答を得て分析した。
