新春恒例の 第８４回箱根駅伝 が、神奈川県箱根町から東京・大手町までの復路５区間で行われ、駒沢大学が９区で早大を逆転、そのまま単独トップを守り３年ぶり６度目の総合優勝を果たしました。
実家が小田原中継所のすぐ近くなので、母校を応援に行きました。
関係者の方が応援の旗と一緒に「燃えろ！箱根路」という観戦ガイドを配っていたので、ゲットしました。
コースマップと、各大学の特徴と出場メンバー全員が紹介されていて、なかなか充実した内容です。
定価３００円と書いてありますが、書店で購入できるのでしょうか。
母校の専修大学は健闘むなしく１４位でした。
１０位までがシード権を確保できるので、次回は予選会から箱根を目指すことになりました。
来年は是非頑張って欲しいものです。

今年の箱根駅伝は、波乱でしたね。我が母校は、何とか来年のシード権を確保しましたが…。

確かに今年の箱根駅伝は波乱でした。３校も棄権者が出たのは今まで一番多かったそうです。 (2008.01.04 18:54:35)
