After running 15 km 2 weeks ago, I felt like being dehydrate, So I stopped a jogging completely.
Last Sunday it was warm after a long time, I attempted to jog for 1 hour at the grass from the evening. Because after a long time break, I felt a strain in my hamstring even on the lawn.
I almost gave up participating a marathon lace in March.
I might have participated the marathon lace. I had such a week hope.
The pain of the sole of the foot arch line disappeared with the nearly 2 week rest.
But in this week I have no chance to jog except this week end, because of Chinese conversation lessens and the alcoholic parties.
There remains a hope to join it if I can run by 20 km in the following weekend either.
