I understand your feeling. Every time I have hard time at the meeting but I enjoy listening to speeches . I can't memorize my speech well ,either. It takes a long time to memorize my speech . I believe practice makes perfect. I think giving speeches at the meeting is one of practice for us. We are not perfect .That's why we need practice.
