子どもたちは、新しいものに出会うたび、全身でそれを感じ、想像力を働かせ、それについて考え、そしてそれを理解します。これが、本来子どもたちが備え持つ「学び」のプロセスです。
外国語としての英語学習（ＥＦＬ）の場においても、子どもたちが本来持つ能力を引き出し、英語を道具として使う体験の中で子どもたちの五感に刺激を与えることが大切です。

To the Teachers/先生方へのアプローチ
Teachers will use this opportunity to think about what education is from deep inside of you and develop your teaching skills as instructors by stimulating the children who are full of potentials through English activities and English studies. As instructors make this opportunity a meaningful one by developing your self expression skills, through new experiences, different prospective, and by using English language as a tool of communications.
未来を担う子供達を英語活動、英語学習という窓口として情報過多、物質主義の現実の中、本来子供達が持っている可能性を引き出し、指導者として子供達を導くために指導者自身、指導内容の充実を図りながら、内面をも見つめ教育とは何か、という問いに答えてもらいたいと思います。指導者自身、より豊かに、英語という道具をつかい、新しいものに触れ、自己表現できるようになることを目指します。
To our Children/子どもたちへのアプローチ
Children have the power to accept language as a whole expanding their imaginations and understanding it when encountering new things. This is the natural approach of learning process of children. In the field of EFL, it is important to guide the children to utilize their potentials and to stimulate their 5 senses through various experiences using English language as a tool .JJ Fellowship will offer our children these opportunities through unique events and programs.

Biography/私たちの自己紹介
Mayuka Habbick, teacher, teacher-trainer, translator, presenter, author in the field of EFL/ESL, specializes in early childhood education.
Born and raised in Kyoto, Japan and have taught English to children for 16 years in Kansai district. Moved to Kanto district in 2002 and started teaching English to children through unique events and programs offering the joy of learning. On the other hand, trained EFL teachers with the concept of positive attitudes toward learning and guiding children. Administers various seminars and workshops through out Japan. Currently a resident of Katsushika-ku, Tokyo with a loving husband and 5 children.
京都で生まれ、京都で育ち、関西で１６年間英語を教える。２００２年４月関東に居を移した後は、子どもたちを対象に、英語学習を通して自ら学ぶ楽しさを伝えるためのイベントを企画、自身もプレゼンターとして参加。また、指導者を対象に、積極的に学びとる姿勢を育てるための具体的な指導法を伝えるセミナーやワークショップにおいてティーチャー・トレーナーとして活躍。新しいし視点からの教材開発、販売を手がける有限会社イー・フォー・ユー取締役。子ども５人。２００４年８月より、東京都葛飾区在住。
Naoko Ogikubo, teacher, teacher-trainer, translator.
Born in Niigata, Japan as a daughter of a Soto Zen Temple and raised in Hawaii from age 8. Have taught Japanese at the Japanese language school, taught Japanese culture in public elementary, junior high and high schools. Returned to Niigata and opened a private language school which continued for 15 years. During the later part of the career, got involved in public school English program and have administered and trained teachers and taught in public schools. On the other hand, enrolled TEFL/TESL MA program at Birmingham University Distant Learning Program. Moved to California to seek EFL teachings in a different prospective at Rudolf Steiner College. Have three children, two older sons attending University and High school in Hawaii. Currently a resident of Katsushika-ku, Tokyo with the youngest daughter.
新潟のお寺で生まれ、ハワイで育つ。ハワイの日本語学校で日本語を、公立小・中・高校で、日本文化を教える。帰国後、新潟にて１５年間英語教室を運営。その間、公立小学校で、担任による英語指導のプログラムに携わる。また一方で、英国バーミンガム大学通信教育課程にてＴＥＳＬ・ＴＥＦＬを学ぶ。英語を通して教育を見直すべく、カリフォルニアにて、シュタイナー教育を学ぶ。子供3人。うち2人は、ハワイの高校と大学に在学中。２００４年８月より、東京都文京区在住。
