Sasuke's dog
いつもクンクンと人懐こく道いく人に近づき餌をねだったそうな。
毛の黒いその犬は"黒！！黒！！”と呼ばれて村人にかわいがられたそうな。
ところがじゃ。。。ある日黒が緑になってしもうて、どうしたことかと佐助ドンは心配して黒に聞いたんじゃと。
”なんで緑になったんや。。。。”
黒は着物をひっぱって、佐助ドンをどこやらに連れて行こうと必死じゃったと。
しかたのう、佐助ドンは黒にひっぱられながらついていったと。
何軒もの家を過ぎ、川を過ぎ、それでも黒は佐助ドンをひっぱりつづけて、森の近くの畑までやってきたと。
おどろいたことにゃ、そこは畑のはずじゃのに黒い土だけがあったと。"なんてこった。。！！ここには菜っ葉を植えておったはずじゃ！！”黒は返事でもするようにないた。。
ワンワンと。
ふと黒を見るとなにやら菜っ葉の色のように思えてしもた。
"お前畑の菜っ葉を全部たべたんか？”と聞くと、"ワン”と返事をしたそうじゃ。佐助ドンは怒って"ワンどころじゃない！！全部食べおって！！”とまた怒り出した。
黒は悲しゅうなってこれからはお腹がすいても菜っ葉だけは決して食べるものかと心に誓ったそうな。
ところがじゃ。。黒は一日中口を動かすのが仕事じゃと思とったんじゃ。
”ちちちちち。。。。！！”小鳥が耳元で囁いた。 ”あほな犬やな。。。菜っ葉よりおいしいものはたんとあるに。。。” 黒はお腹がすいていたので、すこし怒りっぽくなって”あほとちゃうで！！”と大きな声で言うたとたん小鳥は黒の大きな口の中に吸い込まれてしもた。
喉をとうりながら小鳥が思い切り飛ぼうとしたとたん、黒は地面と離れてしもた。小鳥は必死になって飛ぼうとするから、黒はどんどんどんどん天に昇っていく。
村人は緑の犬が空を飛ぶのをびっくりたまげて見物しておったと。
人はどんどん集まり緑の犬が鳥のように飛ぶ様子に拍手をおくったと。
このうわさが広まり
隣村からも人が集まるようになったと。
佐助ドンは黒に毎日毎日菜っ葉を食べさせ、黒は小鳥と仲良くなって、空をすいすい飛ぶのが日課になったと。
村には土産屋までできてしもた。菜っ葉がいっぱい入った"犬飛び饅頭”は飛ぶように売れるたと。黒は村おこしの働きをしたと賞状までもろた。もちろん賞品は菜っ葉と小鳥。
佐助ドンは犬飛佐助と呼ばれうれしゅうて笑いとまらなんだそうや。
Once upon a time there was a farmer who was a hard worker in Kawachi. His name was Sasukedon. He worked from early morning till late evening. He has a black dog named "Kuro". Kuro was a lazy dog with a big mouth and liked eating all day long. He was so friendly that people in the village gave him food every time they meet him. They loved Koro very much.
One day Sasukedon found Koro green. "What's the matter with you?" he asked Kuro. "Did someone paint you green?"
Kuro pulled Sasukedon's kimono and walked through the town and along the river . At last they came to a field near the wood where Sasukedon worked everyday.
Sasukedon was very surprised to see only the soil in his field.
"Oh...my God!! Where are the green vegetable I grew?" He happened to see Kuro and found its color was really like the green vegetable.
"Did you eat all greens here?" Sasukedon asked Kuro.
Kuro said "Bowwow!!"wagging its tail. Sasukedon was very ungly to see his friendly wagging. "You ate all I grew." Kuro was so sad that it decided not to eat greens any more. Kuro was very hungry but didn't know what to eat. A bird came to him and whispered "How stupid you are!! You can't find any food . " "NO!!!!!!!" Kuro said in a loud voice. His mouth was so big that the bird went into its mouth. The bird tried to fly while passing through Kuro's throat. Suddenly Kuro went up and up and flied in the sky like a bird. People were glad to see the green dog flying in the blue sky. It was a great show.
People from other villages got together to see Kuro.
Sasukedon was very busy growing green vegetable. Kuro and the bird were also very busy flying all day long but they were friendly.
People could buy dumplings named "Inutobi Manju " at a souvenir store. Kuro and the bird got the prize because of their wonderful show. Kuro got a lot of green vegetable seeds as gift.
People called Sasukedon "Inutobi Sasuke ". He was very proud of his lazy dog. They lived happily ever after.

Once upon a time, a diligent farmer whose name was Sasuke lived in the country of Kawachi.
His dog with a big mouth was idle and it only eats all day long.
It always asked something to eat to any passers-by, saying Kun Kun .
The dog with black hair was called "Blacky!! Blacky!!", and loved by villagers.
One day, however, all of a sudden, Blacky had turned to green.
Sasuke asked Blacky,
"Why have you turned to green?"
Blacky pulling Sasuke's clothes, he wanted to take him somewhere.
Sasuke finally followed him reluctantly.
Having passed many houses, having passed a river, having continued pulling Sasuke, the dog came to the field near the woods.
Sasuke was surprised to see only black soil was there where there must be a field.
"What's the matter? "
"There must be greens here." Blacky barked like answering, "One! One! "
When Sasuke saw Blacky, he thought the color of the dog seemed to be that of the greens.
"Have you eaten all of the greens?"
The dog replied, "One".
The owner, Sasuke, got angry and said , "Not one, you have eaten all." he continued to be angry.
The dog felt sorry and it promised never to eat greens again, how hungry it would be.
As for Blacky, it is his work to move a mouth all day long.
"chichichichi !!
"A little bird whispered near the dog's ears.
"What a stupid dog . . . There are plenty of things more delicious than greens."
Since the dog was hungry , he was easy to get angry, and shouted, "I am not stupid."
A little bird was inhaled in a big Blacky's mouth just at the time when the dog shouted .
Just as a little bird getting in the throat, it tried to fly with full strength, then Blacky also separated from the ground.
Since a little bird desperately tried to fly, Blacky also went up to the heaven, higher and higher.
Villagers were astonishished and looking at Blacky flying in the sky.
People sent applause watching the green dog flying like a bird.
This rumor spreads and the people of the villages nearby came to see the dog.
It has become a daily work for Sasuke to fleed greens to the dog, and for Blacky to be friendly with the little bird and to fly in the sky.
Even a souvenir store opened in the village.
The "Flying dog dumplings" into which greens went a lot sold well as if they had flown away.
Blacky was given a testimonial for he contributed to the village revitalization.
Of course, prizes were greens and a little bird.
Sasuke pleased very much and his laughter continued for ever.
