パラメータスタディ1395ケース

自動車のBピラー付け根について、パラメータスタディを実施している。
パラメータは、部材の板厚。
板厚増加による質量増加と最大荷重などの性能向上の関係を調査している。
モデル数x荷重ケース数x板厚水準数x材料水準数で1395ケースになる。
1回の計算はそれほどかからないが、これだけ計算数があると数十時間になる。
その計算を投入するのに、結構時間がかかった。
月曜には結果が出ている予定。

We are conducting a parameter study on the B pillar lower of car.

We investigate the relation between the increase in mass due to increase in plate thickness and the improvement in performance such as maximum force.
Number of models x Number of load cases x Thickness level number x Material level number becomes 1395 cases.
It does not take much time to do one calculation, but if there are so many calculations this will be several tens of hours.
It took quite a while to put the calculation.
Results are to come out on Monday.
