Acceleration: Health Sports Day

I skipped serial 10-line essays again in September, and In October, there is "Health Sports Day" as a national holiday, so I place weblog about Olympic again.
Various turmoil related with Olympic in our country are coming up one after another - new national stadium , emblem , additional events, inauguration of new government office...
As long as I see the news, I feel like suspecting that they have forgotten what Olympic game is for and what they appealed when they won Olympic invitation.
More than anything else... stricken area is completely left out in the cold
-At least I had felt so, until I read on newspaper that eighty percent of mayors in stricken areas say that Olympic game affects reconstruction .
I'm afraid that I agree with my boss saying that our country would have been reconstructed in more decent way without Olympic invitation
It's NO DOUBT that they won Olympic invitation with ideology to proceed reconstruction and Olympic together -at least ostensibly,
But
As well as stricken area, athletes might be left out in the cold, too.
I NEVER say that Olympic should be abolished, for the sake of athletes whom ultimate goals are Olympic games.
I approve an opinion that Olympic games should be held in Greek every time -maybe a few more reverse places would be needed in case of emergency, and I wonder what to do with winter Olympic games which depends on weather and geographical conditions.

-What done is done? That's true.
As a memorandum , I'm placing again:
Will Olympic game be a dawn of a new era for our country, or swan-song of our country as an economic power?
-Although I hear gradually more and more pessimists around me say that they expect our country will collapse after Olympic game,
What I'm concerned the most is NOT financial corruption but lethargy of whole society by losing motivation for improvement after the Olympic game.

Superfluously :
I saw a publicity poster of a sponsor company of Tokyo Olympic in subway saying that countries where people cheer for Paralympic games enthusiastically are countries full of challenging spirit .
-especially TV, treated Olympic and Paralympic differently last time; compared to Olympic, there were much fewer broadcast of Paralympic, and I learned the results mainly on news programs later.
Then, does it mean that this country lacks in challenging spirit ?
