こんにちは～初級英語マダムNです＾＾
さて、今日は英語ネタではなく～
映画ネタ（近いでしょ＾＾）
昨晩某TV番組でニコラス・ケイジが口元を手で隠しながら食事をする
ハリウッド流試食シーンを見て、
あまりにもおかしかったのでさっそくブライアン先生に
A native speaker would…？
「あ～僕はわざと見なかった」？？？
「彼は僕の俳優リストから落ちている」？？？
オマケに自分の唇の上下を両手でめくり、
「彼は歯が出ているから、食べるとかっこよくないから隠したんじゃないの」
おお～そんな～ニコラス・ケイジがボロボロです
ところで、その後ひとしきり映画談義で盛り上がり
（マダムNもブライアンも映画ファンなのです～」
ブライアン先生のを教えてくれました
1位 「ダスボート」
2位 「クレムゾンタイド」
3位 「ローレライ」
4位 「K19」
なるほど～あれ？「Uボート」は？
と思ったら、1位の「ダスボート」はドイツ語で「DAS BOOT」
邦題で「Uボート」になっているわけなんですね～
その他、ブライアン先生の「リベンジ映画」という分類もあるそうです＾＾
次回、ぜひ聞いてみます～

潜水艦映画といいますと・・またまた古くて申し訳ありませんが、邦題で「眼下の敵」を思い出します。

"The Enemy Below" is THE post-WWII classic submarine movie. The only reason it is not on my top 5 is because I am a "Cold War Child" and I think that other movies are more relevant still to our world. However， if you watch "Crimson Tide，" you'll find that the men are discussing "The Enemy Below" on the bus...so they are giving a historical reference within the movie.
Of course， in any submarine movie， it is usually a conflict between the heart of each captain， above and below， and that is the attraction of the genre， I think.

In BSTV， I watched K -19 tonight.
It was a very good work.
Feeling of strain of cold war period appeared well.
Loyalty to a nation was very hard.
The figure which decided death was miserable.
A nation is cruel.
