東京にいる時に病院から電話があったので東京から甲府駅に帰って来たら家に寄らな
いでそのまま病院に駆けつけた。一例は93歳男性で今朝脳梗塞を起こしたケース、も
う一例は大腸ポリープ切除後肛門から出血しているというケースであった。患者さん
を診察して家族に病状を説明して家に帰ってきたら、家内が「顔色が悪いよ、疲れた
のでしょう」と言った。
それまでは少しも疲れていないと思っていたが家内の言葉を聞いたら、疲れが出てし
まった。

hurriedly without visiting my house because I have received the messages
One case is a 93 year old male patient who happened cerebral infarction in
this morning, another case is anal bleeding after the polypectomy of the
colon.
I attended the patient and explained to the family about the condition of
the patient. When I came home , my wife said that I was tired because my
face looked pale. I never felt being tired then but after hearing my wife's
observation, I felt tiredness.
