テーマ： ヘヴィメタルを語る(673)

KISSファンクラブのフィンランド支部会長を務めていたMr.Lordiを中心に1966年結成された フィンランドの国民的人気ロックバンド「LORDI」
が日本でもじわじわと人気が出てきているとか。
それもアキバから；；；
なんでも、日本の売り上げのうち、10分の1が秋葉原で売れているらしいです。

You Tube で早速聞いてみた。
なんといってもロックの解説は 伊藤政則氏 と決まっているわけで。
・・・あの写真は最近のものなのかしらん？？？キニナリマス
確かに氏の言うようにメロディアスで曲は悪くない。嫌いじゃないけど、曲に対してボーカルがへヴィメタ過ぎのしわがれ過ぎな気が。
この声じゃワタクシ的にはそう何曲も聞けないかも；；；
曲と声のあのミスマッチ具合はどーなの？？？って感じなのねん。
例えば閣下みたいに、もうちょっと歌えればいいのに、なんだか残念。
でも、どこまでイケるのかちょっと気になったりして。なんだかんだ言いつつも要チェックですわ♪
しっかし、ZAKZAKの記事の中の 「かつて、ヘヴィーメタルは、他の音楽ファンから「ダサイ」とレッテルを貼られたものだが」 の下りに 「えっ！？そーなの！？逆じゃないの？？？」 とマジにビックリしちゃったワタクシでございました。
あ、ハードロックは違うのかな！？違うよね！？

Sidr is a very severe tropical cyclone over the Bay of Bengal in the Indian Ocean. It is just short of being a category five cyclone. It has top winds of 150 mph. Not to single the Christians out too particularly， mind; Muslims were praying for Allah to keep the rain of Cyclone Sidr off Bangladesh just as hard， with no doubt even greater urgency but to equally little effect. There's a significant CHristian minority there too， of course. As a commenter on Pharyngula pointed out， the call for prayer went out after the forecasters， using their heathenish science， had already predicted some light showers not enough to significantly affect the drought conditions， mind， but no doubt enough to let the ignorant fools think that their wishful thinking had had an effect.
