ブルー・レディ

ジン1/3、ブルーキュラソー1/3、レモンジュース1/3をシェイク。写真のものはブルーキュラソーを半分にしてホワイトキュラソーに換えました。青みが薄くなってより爽やかになるかな、と思って。レモンの黄色と混じってやや青緑に寄ってしまいましたが、これはこれでキレイ。ブルーキュラソーを使わずにホワイトキュラソーで作るとホワイトレディというカクテルになります。色だけの違いじゃなくて、味もブルーとホワイトで違います。飲み比べてみたけれど、微妙な違いかな。メーカーによっても違うし、もうこれは好みの問題ですね。コアントロー（ホワイトキュラソー）とボルスのブルーキュラソーだと、ブルーの方が私は好きかな。まあ、でも他の材料と混ざった時とか、色味とかあるので、そう単純じゃあない（単体で飲むことはほとんど無いですし）。

ちなみにピンク・レディというカクテルもありますが、こちらはドライジン30ml、グレナデンシロップ10ml、卵白1個、ブランデー1dashをシェイク、となっておりホワイト、ブルーとはレシピが異なります。
