I’ve tried a lot of diet since I was a student in junior high, such as fasting, not eating breakfast or dinner, walking, rope jumping, eating once a day, taking diet pills or shakes. Whatever I’ve tried, the shape of my body and weight won’t change... Awwww is it meaningless my being on a diet? People often ask me, "Did you gain or lose weight after coming to the U.S.?" Probably you might hear that people are gonna gain weight in the U.S., but in my case, I gain weight while I’m in Japan because Japanese food is more delicious! I’ve heard American people eat whatever they want, then they excercise a lot. If those people don’t exercise, of course they’ll be fat. I haven’t excercised for a long time I guess. It takes 10 minutes walk to school, but I’m really lazy to walk to school. I rather take my car =P. I’m sure my muscle is declining. In short, I believe the best way to lose weight is "nutritious diet plus exercise."
