ぶり大根

I made "buri-daikon" for dinner.
It was quite delicious.
But some Japanese radishs were a little hard.
I should have stewed it more.
I will try to make it again.

私は夕食にぶり大根を作りました。
まあまあおいしかったです。
でも、大根が少し固かったです。

また作ってみようと思います。
