マンションのローン完済したので、東京法務局町田出張所まで申請書を作成しに行ってきた。

○銀行からもらった書類
1. 抵当権設定契約書
2. 登記原因証明情報
3. (根)抵当権設定契約解除証書
4. 委任状(抹消用)
5. 代表者事項証明書(資格証明) (写)

○法務局にて
・登記申請書に会社法人等番号やその他必要事項を記入、捺印

・収入印紙2000円分を登記申請書に添付

こんな手続きにも2000円をむしり取られる。。。。
登記申請の登録完了後、登記識別情報通知書を受け取りにいかなきゃならないんだけれど、面倒なので、レターパック(510円)で郵送してもらうことにした。

I paid off the mortgage loan, so I went to the Tokyo Legal Affairs Bureau Machida branch to prepare an application form.

○ Documents received from the bank
1. Mortgage setting contract
2. Registration Cause Certification Information
3. (root) mortgage settlement cancellation certificate
4. Power of attorney (for cancellation)
5. Representative Matters Certificate (Credentials) (copy)

· I filled in company application number etc. and other necessary items in registration application, seal.
· I wrote my address and my name on the power of attorney.
· I attached receipt stamp 2000 yen worth on registration application.

2000 yen is also taken away in such procedures. . . .
After completing registration, I have to go to the Legal Affairs Bureau to receive registration identification information notice. As it is troublesome, I bought letter pack (510 yen).
