今年は新型コロナウイルスの影響で、全員マスク着用、椅子を隣と1m以上離して並べた。
ぼくは今年度、監事兼町内会担当だった。
総会に先立って重要事項説明が管理会社から簡単にされた。
総会では、事業報告、植栽管理委託先変更、建物調査診断、長期修繕計画、管理委託契約、次期事業計画と予算案、次期役員選任が審議・可決された。
共有事項として地震保険、一般会計・積立金会計改定の検討があった。
次に理事会を担当するのは５年後の予定。

I was in charge of the Auditor and Neighborhood Association this year.

At the general meeting, business reports, planting management outsourcing changes, building surveys and diagnoses, long-term repair plans, management outsourcing contracts, next business plans and budget proposals, and the election of the next officer were deliberated and approved.
Discussions on revisions to earthquake insurance, general account and reserve fund accounting were common items.
I will be in charge of the member of the meeting of the board next time five years from now.
