Dear brothers and sisters, AsSalamo Alaikom WR WB
Let me start by Duaa to Allaah (SWT) to accept from every one who shared with Tokushima Muslims for having their first Masjid.
I ask Allaah to accept your every single Yen that you ve paid, every advice, thinking, help, phone call, duaa, effort,..etc.
By the grace and blessing of Allaah; and with your efforts and help we could get a good amount of money that made us very confident that our dream of having a Masjid will come true very soon, Enshaa Allaah.
However, instead of buying 217 square meters land, we've changed to buy a 336 square meters land with a two floors building on it (a bit old building that needs to be reformed).
Last Friday, we paid 10% of the price and we had a preliminary contract.
The total price after negotiations has come to 31 Million Japanese Yen.
The best advantage of this option is that once we pay the price, we will be able to pray in a Masjid, and will not have to wait for several years till we build one.
-It is close to the university and the five daily prayers will be attended by students.
-Its location is in a prominent and well-known area that can be reached very easily and can be seen and recognized as a Masjid.
-Parking: at least 8 cars parking
Dear all,
We have two months period till April 20th, 2008 (decided by the owner) to pay the rest of the money (price) and get the house.
Now, we have 21 Million Yen. We are still in need for 10 Million Yen.
Dear brothers/sisters
If you have shared, Jazakom Allaahu Khairan, just please try to encourage others to share.
But if you have not shared yet, we encourage you to hurry.
The reward is guaranteed by prophet Muhammad (SAW), A house in Paradise Or a Palace in Paradise
(Whosoever builds a Masjid for Allaah in the earth, Allaah will grant him a palace in paradise) Narrated by Othman IBN Affaan RAA.
Your counter of good deeds will start to count, immediately, after you pay; and you will share the reward of everyone who will perform prayers at that Masjid from next month Enshaa Allaah.
Dear brothers/sisters: Leave something as (nonstop counting reward) Sadaqa Jareya in this country.We will go and leave but it will remain (may be for thousands of years).
Let your money, continue to be beneficial and offer you permanent good rewards after you leave this country or even after you leave this world life.

If Allaah has chosen and decided that this place will be a Masjid, surely, it will be; this is not a matter of discussion.
The concern must be who shared, who gave, who planned, who thought, who offered, who exerted, who prayed, who supplicated, who paid, who conveyed, and who did.
The doers will be rewarded and those who turned their backs will just miss the reward.
The winners will be those who are used by Allaah to fulfill the goodness.
*Allaah says (Behold! You are called to spend in the Cause of Allaah, yet among you are some who are niggardly. And whoever is niggardly, it is only at the expense of his ownself. But Allaah is Rich (Free of all needs) and you (mankind) are poor. And if you turn away (from Islam and the obedience to Allaah), He will exchange you for some other people and they will not be your likes.)
