No Words can describe Delta ...


Better than Celine Dion ...
This is undoubtedly the BEST album I have ever heard.
Delta has performed some of her singles Nina Tucker , before tragically being diagnosed with cancer at the age of only 17.
It couldn't happen to a more undeserving person, especially when she is achieving something so wonderful on the music scene.
She writes her lyrics herself which is very admirable, and this debut album really has struck a chord in the life of this teenager.
Now in my possession ， it’s hard to pick other musicians to compare her to.
Delta is.
While I was trying to think of similar artists， I thought of Mandy Moore for most of her music and then Celine for her more powerful vocals..right before I saw the aura of a lurking migraine.
I can definitely tell you who she’s not -- that would be Miss Britney Spears .

Why ???
Delta can actually sing and does n't need an almost-naked body and 50 gazillion special effects and dancers to make a show good.
Delta writes most of her songs， plays guitar and piano， and is a cast member of Australian daytime soap Neighbours (just like fellow pop stars Kylie Minogue Natalie Imbruglia ).
She signed with Sony at age 15 and has since then worked with many talented people， such as Ric Wake ( Celine Dion ， Jennifer Lopez )， Matthew Gerrard (Mandy Moore， BB Mak) Vince Pizzinga (Danielle Spencer) ， David Nicholas (INXS， Elton John) ， The Rembrandts and Mark Holden (various film and television orchestration) ...

Each song tells a story that everyone can relate to whether they want to or not.
That is the magic of Delta and whilst we all hope she returns to full health..
.. We cannot wait for a NEXT album although in my opinion it has a hard act to follow.
Delta Goodrem is truly a brilliant singer/songwriter. so much devotion and effort has been put into this record and it really pays off for delta.!! With a wonderful, balanced mix of jazz, pop, ballads and contempary song, "Innocent Eyes " is innocently brilliant and point Delta's eyes on the road for success.!!!!

More talent in her little finger than Kylie and Holly put together.
A Fantastic debut album from a girl with an amazing voice, and A Must Have for anyone who liked 'born to try'.
Cant wait to hear more from her.
Keep up the brilliant work Delta, you'll go far.

I don't know about this one... It’s slow beyond what I can usually take in pop music, but once again, the piano part is well written.
And if you haven't figured it out by now, the whole album has great piano work.
It's kinda nifty how by the time the bridge comes along it sounds like a completely different song..
.. But I think Delta tries too hard on her vocals with this one ...that or she just needs to relax and not grit her teeth so much.
Maybe when she wrote it ( or whoever did, I can’t find it anywhere ) she was mad he wasn't taking notice..
.. But then decided to make the whole song sound like, " Please Im so innocent. Look into my Innocent Eyes.. "
When I think of the album overall, its pop, soft rock, and ballads all rolled into one great album.
Delta is one of those musicians who doesn't care about making a big fuss over exposure -- no outlandish photography or major stunts -- her musical talent and character make her the star that she is in Australia and the UK...

Most of Delta's songs are..well , it's hard to explain the tempo.. they're not slow because they have alot of life to them but they're not exactly the standard pop songs.
They are harmonic, similiar to Celine's style but not melodramatic like Celine .( Im not into Celine..;) )
How embarassing,I wouldn't know how to explain music.
I just know that Delta is GOODand that I like her songs.
I'm sure Delta Goodrem will be much more known in America in the not too distant future.

She is..... Amazing to say the least.
This CD, as well as " Mistaken Identity ", are well worth the cost of the import.
I questioned buying it at first, but now the price seems trivial for the almost medicinal quality of Delta's amazing voice.
