先日、前世が仙人というおじいさんに会いに行きました。
「自分は神の光の子だと思うこと」
「自分は光の存在だと思うこと」が大切というお話を聞きました。
アセンションに向けて、
自分が心が光り輝いているイメージや、
自分の全身が光り輝いているイメージをするといいようです。
「私は、神の子であって、光の存在である。」
いつもその言葉を胸に、置いておいてほしいと思います。

It seems to be important.
For Ascension, oneself have the image that a heart is brilliant.
And you seem to do the image that one's whole body is brilliant.
"I am Son of God and am existence of the light".
I think that I want you always to put the words on the chest.
