My blogger bud, Ohacchi and her hubby, O-chan (They are residents of Hawaii but they are now in town!) visited my house last Saturday and I invited other blogger buds to throw a potluck party! (just so you know, I placed pics of married couples side by side)

I met most of my blogger buds at a foodies website, and they all are great cooks! Look at some of the food we ate!
Awesome, hun!?
Lyrical-chan brought 6 bottles of good sake and we downed it with those good food and this BEAUTIFUL sashimi!
My hubby prepared this tabletop BBQ grill and we cooked baby scallops, mushrooms, pork, and all those yummy stuff! Two of my friends had to go home but all the rest stayed overnight!
Then we headed to karaoke, came home and talked until 3:30 in the morning...sounds more like a slumber party, eh?
In the morning (well, it was almost noon...) Lyrical-chan fixed fettechine w/ mushroom sauce and it was SO GOOD!!! Then we ordered my favorite pizza by request of Ohacchi.
This pizza is one of the best in Tokyo! They use whole wheat, natural water for crust, and homemade sausages and dried tomatoes! They do not come even close to the world's best pizza that I know but they are pretty good.
Anyway, time for them to hit the road and time for me to go get my new car! So I drove them to the nearest train station, went to the dealer and took one last picture of my old car.
Oh well, I'll get used to it and get to like it as I drive it every day....
Anyway, it was so good to see Ohacchi! I've only known her for a year or so but we talked almost every day! Thrill of seeing her reminded me of seeing you at LAX! Wish you and your family can fly over to Tokyo...
