2008年にリリースされた「Death Magnetic」から2年、ようやく実現した来日公演。
METALLICA の来日公演は、名盤「Master Of Puppets」を再現した2006年の“SUMMER SONIC 06”以来、約4年振り。
私自身はサマソニには行けなかったので（ B'z観てました）、 2003年以来約7年振りの METALLICA 。
抜群のサウンド、圧倒的なパフォーマンスに狂喜乱舞。
お客さんも非常に良い反応で、メンバーも嬉しそうでしたね。
