(1-English)Yet there are no elevator at the exit of Keio Line which connects JR South Exit. Those who use a wheelchair or a stroller have to make
to the JR West exit or (2)to use an elevator in the South exit concourse above the platform No.5 and 6 of the Narita Express(express trains bound for Narita Airport) and go out at the underground floor, go through the long path to the JR West exit. And then they have to walk long way for an entrance of Keio Line.
Besides, as the Keio Line has only one elevator to the platforms the elevator is likely to be crowded and they are to make another detour for the boarding or from the arrival platform.
