ずっと作ってみたかった梅酒
去年は時期を逃し、今年こそ！
Umeshu : a Japanese liqueur made from steeping ume fruits (while still unripe and green) in alcohol and sugar
I've wanted to make Umeshu for long time,finally I did it this year!
I have to wait for a few months until it tastes good.
This tastes sweet and smells so good,can't stop drinking,
means this is a very dangerous alcohol
