You will probably notice some very common (in some areas of the world) beers that are not on here. It doesn't mean I have never tried them, but only that it has been a long time since I had the beer, and I cannot remember it well enough to rank. These would include most American brands (Budwieser being a very notable omission). The main reason is that when I try new beers, my top priority isn't US beers. If I'm going for a new experience I will my preference is German, Japanese, Canadian, then any others. I know it sounds quite strange that Canadian beers would be my third choice, but I like to try stuff from different countries. My girlfriend is not a fan of US beers either, so it really makes no sense to buy them. I imagine at some point I will give those American beers a chance as I am running out of beers that are readily available at my corner liquor store. We'll see.
