Dear Norio

Due to recent storm damage and king waves along Keramas beach we need to conduct emergency repairs to the hotel and swimming pool. On the morning of Monday 11 ^th of March we will unfortunately need to close the hotel and drain the hotel swimming pool to allow for urgent remedial works.

I can offer you an alternate date of stay (hotel pool will reopen on Friday 15 ^th of March) or offer you a full refund. If you wish to change to a new date then I will include complimentary breakfast for your group as a consideration for your next stay.

I would like to sincerely apologise for the disruption to your stay and the inconvenience caused.

Please feel free to write to me with any concerns or questions, I will be only to happy to assist. I can also assist with alternate hotel suggestions in the Keramas or Sanur area.
