ウィーン国立歌劇場が、世界屈指のオペラ座の一つである。
1869年に完成したが、第二次世界大戦で損害を受け、1955年に再建された。
年間およそ300日にわたって、最高水準のオペラ、バレェを上演している。
世界最高峰の歌劇場管弦楽団とともに、有名歌手たちが、
国際色豊かな聴衆を堪能させる。
蹄鉄形をした客席には1709座席と567の立席があり、
上演中の歌詞の内容を理解させるように、
数ヶ国語による字幕掲示のモニターが完備している。

The Viennese Opear House is certainly one of
the most important Opear House in the world.
It was built in 1869, but was almost completely
destroyed during the second World War.
The Opear House was rebuilt and reopen in 1955
and since then has offered performences of the highest quality to
international audiences on more than 300 days of every year.
On these days, audiences are entertained by the most celebrated artist
and the best opear-orchestra in the world.
Both seats ans standing room areas are equipped with
a blingual subtitle system that enables members of
the audiences to read the text during the performence.
