John O'Brien of The West Virginia Record reports that a Huntington, WV concert promoter is suing SLIPKNOT for canceling a 2001 show that he organized.
Don Maynard filed the lawsuit Nov. 27 in Cabell Circuit Court against Slipknot Touring and band members Sid Wilson, Nathan Jordison, Paul Gray, Chris Fehn, James Root, Craig Jones, Shawn Crahan, Mike Thomson and Corey Taylor.
Also named as a defendant are William Morris Agency and Ron Opaleski, who represented SLIPKNOT, and Artist Group International and Michael Arfen, who managed the band.
The lawsuit says SLIPKNOT was supposed to perform Nov. 27, 2001, at the Huntington Civic Center but breached the contract by canceling because a family member of one of the band members became ill.
"The defendants realized prior to the unilaterally canceling the show that the plaintiff had expended a significant amount of time, energy and money promoting the show based on the contract and that he would suffer damages as a result of the defendants breaching the concert contract," the complaint says.
Maynard, who is represented by Huntington attorney Mark Underwood, is seeking $72,000.
"As a result of the defendants' refusal to perform at the Nov. 27, 2001, concert and/or carry out other contractual obligations, the contract was breached by the defendants," the complaint says.

奥さんの出産 とかでキャンセルって多い様な気がするんですが…。

PV といえども 主演 ですよ！ 主演 ！！！（笑）
このPVの撮影は11月18、19日にシカゴで行われたそうで、なのでまだ出来上がってないので見ることはできませんが、楽しみですね～（´∀｀）
Mick は 殺人鬼 を演じているらしいです（笑）実際 Mick は シリアルキラーマニア でも有名なので、そういう点ではピッタリな役ですね（笑）かなりハマリ役だったらしいです（笑）
LUPARA
についても少し書いておきます。LUPARA アンダーグランド デス・メタルの帝王 といわれた Broken Hope の創立者でありギタリストの Jeremy Wagner のニュープロジェクトバンド。 SlipKnoT メンバーとの交流も深いようで Paul は LUPARA について
“LUPARA is pretty fucking BAD-ASS”
と言ってました（笑）
まだ私は聴いたことがないので、今度聴いてみようと思ってます。
